At Project Snowfinch, tea is both an art and a science. We work exclusively with whole, organic botanicals, chosen not only for their flavor but for their structure, chemistry, and natural beauty.
Because tea is brewed at the moment of consumption, it allows for the use of fragile botanical pigments that cannot endure standard food processing. These compounds remain intact until infusion, expressing their full color and character only when brewed.
Our blends are crafted with scientific rigor and creative exploration — adjusted with the precision of a lab and the intuition of an artist.
