An original Project Snowfinch creation, blue chai explores the intersection of art and science. Whole botanicals are layered to produce a naturally blue infusion, one that carries vivid color and complex chai spice. Designed to be brewed fresh, this blend preserves delicate pigments that only reveal themselves in the cup.

For optimal color results, steep for extra time and stir intermittently. 

Steep: Pour 10-12 oz of boiled water over 1 tea sachet. Cover and steep for 4–5 minutes. Remove sachet and enjoy. Best with milk and sweetener.
